Our standard rates are per room per night and based on double or single occupancy. They include breakfast and complimentary refreshments on arrival. Booking direct with us assures you will have booked at the best price.

Terms and Conditions
No deposit is required to make a booking more than 7 days in advance. The full balance is required 7 days before arrival. When booking a stay less than 7 days in advance the full balance is payable on booking. All bookings are accepted by us on the undertaking that you have read our full access statement regarding the quirks of our period building and consider it suitable for your needs. When you make your booking and we have received the required deposit to secure the booking, a legally binding contract exists between us. Cancellation Conditions
More Than 7 Days Before Arrival
Please let us know as soon as possible, and at least 7 days before your arrival date if you need to cancel your stay. If you let us know 7 days before your stay then your full booking amount will be refunded. If you wish to change the date of your stay instead of cancel then we will do all we can to accommodate your request, at the rate you booked, please note this will be subject to availability. If we are able to accommodate the new dates then your payment can be applied to the new dates.
Less Than 7 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel your booking within 7 days or less than 7 days before arrival then the full amount is due. If you book a stay less than 7 days before your actual arrival date, and then cancel then the total is non refundable. Stay’s cancelled within 7 days or less than 7 days prior to arrival can not be moved to new dates.
